To write these modern words we need new glyphs. This new release includes 11 glyphs for modern Yucatec.  Specifically, main and an affix glyphs for &#8220;ch&#8217;e&#8221;, &#8220;ch&#8217;i&#8221;, &#8220;t&#8217;i&#8221; and \u201cxe\u201d, affix glyphs for &#8220;ch&#8217;i&#8221;, &#8220;t&#8217;a&#8221;, &#8220;t&#8217;e&#8221;. They were created by epigrapher Guillermo Kantun and are used with his permission. This is release 2.5.12.
